Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to an associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year hospitality-related experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various software applications
  • Effective communication skills for all organization levels
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle complaints
  • Capability to work with diverse cultures and maintain professionalism
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business policies and communications

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience
  • Knowledge of Towne Park's safety, driving policies, and service procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team
  • Knowledge of business writing, basic accounting, and client facility information

Job Duties

  • Ensure exceptional guest service experience consistently on all shifts
  • Allocate labor resources efficiently and adjust staffing levels as necessary
  • Engage actively in recruitment, hiring, and respond to associate feedback
  • Provide orientation, training, performance appraisal, coaching, and disciplinary actions for associates
  • Develop strong working relationships with client staff and maintain communication
  • Manage business metrics including forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
  • Supervise revenue reconciliation, shift reports, cash drops and ensure accurate ticketing and scheduling controls
