Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to an associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year hospitality-related experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various software applications
- Effective communication skills for all organization levels
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle complaints
- Capability to work with diverse cultures and maintain professionalism
- Ability to analyze and interpret business policies and communications
- Physical ability to meet job's lifting and mobility demands
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience
- Knowledge of Towne Park's safety, driving policies, and service procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team
- Knowledge of business writing, basic accounting, and client facility information
Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional guest service experience consistently on all shifts
- Allocate labor resources efficiently and adjust staffing levels as necessary
- Engage actively in recruitment, hiring, and respond to associate feedback
- Provide orientation, training, performance appraisal, coaching, and disciplinary actions for associates
- Develop strong working relationships with client staff and maintain communication
- Manage business metrics including forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
- Supervise revenue reconciliation, shift reports, cash drops and ensure accurate ticketing and scheduling controls
