Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Proficiency with MS Office and relevant technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality
  • Knowledge of Towne Park's and site-specific safety and security procedures
  • Knowledge of Towne Park's customer service principles and confidentiality policies
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office and point-of-sale applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally

Job Duties

  • Ensure the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
  • Allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and adjust staffing as needed
  • Engage actively in recruitment and hiring processes
  • Assist in setting employee expectations and provide proper orientation and training
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with clients and stay visible on site
  • Drive business metrics including forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover management
