Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Proficiency with MS Office and relevant technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of Towne Park's and site-specific safety and security procedures
- Knowledge of Towne Park's customer service principles and confidentiality policies
- Computer proficiency including MS Office and point-of-sale applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Job Duties
- Ensure the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
- Allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and adjust staffing as needed
- Engage actively in recruitment and hiring processes
- Assist in setting employee expectations and provide proper orientation and training
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with clients and stay visible on site
- Drive business metrics including forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover management
