Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Computer proficiency including MS Office and point-of-sale applications
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to maintain composure while handling complaints and challenging situations
- Availability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of Towne Park’s safety, security, and safe driving policies
- Understanding of customer confidentiality policies and HIPAA
- Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present information effectively to guests, clients, and associates
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to represent the company professionally
Job Duties
- Ensure that the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
- Efficiently allocate labor resources to support service delivery and adjust staffing levels as necessary
- Participate actively in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best candidates
- Assist in establishing guidelines and provide orientation, training, and coaching to associates
- Develop cohesive working relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication
- Drive business metrics including forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
- Supervise and ensure accuracy in revenue collection, shift reports, and financial reconciliations
