- prior kitchen supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and leadership abilities

- ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all food items
- manage inventory and track waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager
- maintain cleanliness and proper operation of kitchen equipment through staff supervision
- ensure consistency in food quality and service to maximize sales
- practice and promote safe food handling procedures
- train Back of House staff to follow established recipes and procedures
- create a safe and welcoming environment while helping to develop the Back of House team
