Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate level experience in data analytics
  • Must meet all regulatory criteria to obtain and maintain a CREW badge designation including successful and continuous enrollment in Rap Back
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per company appearance standards
  • Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate and interact in English
  • Ability to use computer and office productivity tools with speed and accuracy
  • Must comply with company attendance standards
  • Air travel with frequent overnight stays required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate level experience in data analytics
  • Skilled in analytic capabilities including breaking down and analyzing various types of data
  • Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
  • Skilled in analytics and data validation
  • Skilled in researching, problem solving, and investigation
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication
  • Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand implications of new information for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to generate or use different sets of rules for combining or grouping things
  • Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce logical answers
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed and technical documents

Job Duties

  • Determines and monitors performance exceedance triggers and reports results through relevant safety data
  • Responds to ad hoc data requests, builds out targeted monitoring plans, and assists Consultant in uploading assurance plan data
  • Compiles data from all stakeholders and builds Inflight Data Scrub and Inflight Safety Review Board presentations monthly
  • Processes reports daily in applicable internal databases
  • Provides recommendations and answers business questions using experience, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
  • Maintains a customer service oriented and positive attitude
  • Handles concurrent projects and prioritizes accordingly
  • Possesses solid knowledge of inflight operations
  • Creates impactful visuals, charts, and graphs that drive insights and illustrate analytical findings
  • Leads the execution of analyses related to own area
  • Assists the Leader in identifying areas of operational improvement through research and analysis
  • Performs other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
