- experience in profit and loss management through effective cash control, security procedures, inventory management, and financial report analysis

- proven ability to recognize and motivate individuals and teams

Job Duties
- Deliver consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs
- supervise team members' adherence to shift excellence responsibilities
- uphold food safety standards and ensure core excellence
- step in to manage operations in the absence of the General Manager
- work with the General Manager to evaluate team performance and offer ongoing constructive feedback
- address employee relations issues promptly or escalate them as necessary
- participate in the hiring process, including sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing team members
- act with ownership by contributing to profit and loss management through cash control, security measures, inventory maintenance, and labor management
- analyze financial reports and take necessary actions to enhance performance
- assist the General Manager with facility maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
