Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or PR preferably in retail, fashion, media, or hospitality
  • ability to sit, talk, hear regularly
  • use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel
  • occasional movement about the workplace and reach with hands and arms
  • requires close vision
  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • able to travel as needed for event support

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or PR preferably in retail, fashion, media, or hospitality
  • strong ability to coordinate end-to-end event execution including vendor management, production timelines, and on-site support
  • skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proven experience partnering with store operations, marketing, merchandising, and communications to deliver integrated, brand-aligned events
  • familiarity with retail marketing strategies and experiential activations that drive foot traffic and elevate customer experience
  • competence in tracking event budgets, managing expenses, and supporting ROI analysis and financial reporting
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • experience maintaining and evolving event playbooks and templates to streamline workflows
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • experience with budgeting systems or event management tools is a plus
  • ability to pivot in real-time to address event-day challenges

Job Duties

  • Assist in developing and implementing event plans that align with brand and business objectives
  • coordinate all event logistics including vendor communication, production timelines, and on-site execution
  • partner with store teams and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency
  • maintain and update the event playbook and execution templates to drive scalability and efficiency
  • support PR and marketing efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
  • prepare event briefs, recaps, and performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • track event budgets and expenses ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines
  • monitor key performance indicators and assist in compiling data to assess performance and ROI
  • help streamline operational processes to enable consistency and scale across events
  • provide administrative and project management support to the Director of Events & Meetings
  • coordinate team meetings, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment and execution
  • contribute to a collaborative, results-oriented team culture focused on innovation and customer experience
  • foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
  • perform other duties as assigned
