Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years experience in catering and conference services
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in catering and event planning
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams within the hospitality industry
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Experience in sales and business development for catering services
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple large-scale events simultaneously
  • Knowledge of resort or hotel event operations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet and catered events including weddings and conferences
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Drive sales growth by securing new catering and event contracts
  • Supervise and lead the catering and conference services team to maintain high service standards
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for event execution
  • Coordinate with other resort departments to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance related to catering and conference services
