Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in catering and conference services
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in catering and event planning
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams within the hospitality industry
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Experience in sales and business development for catering services
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple large-scale events simultaneously
- Knowledge of resort or hotel event operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet and catered events including weddings and conferences
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Drive sales growth by securing new catering and event contracts
- Supervise and lead the catering and conference services team to maintain high service standards
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for event execution
- Coordinate with other resort departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Monitor budgets and financial performance related to catering and conference services
