The role of Associate Customer Experience Manager at C&S Wholesale Services is an integral full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL, involving frequent travel to retail store locations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Experience, this role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing operational relationships with independent customers within designated regions or specific chains. The Associate Customer Experience Manager acts as the primary liaison on the business side, working closely with customers’ operational management to ensure high levels of satisfaction related to the company’s operations and procedural adherence.
This position is fundamentally about facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders, resolving service issues, and supporting customers through presentations and project scope reviews. Performance metrics are closely monitored, and the role contributes to the continuous improvement of key operational indicators for assigned customers. The role also supports planning efforts around major customer events such as holiday season preparations, grand openings, anniversary sales, and other in-store activities, ensuring the company’s operational policies and procedures align seamlessly with customer expectations.
Candidates will be expected to engage collaboratively with cross-functional Customer Experience teams to identify root causes of operational issues, removing obstacles that impact customer satisfaction. Importantly, the Associate Customer Experience Manager plays a strategic role in influencing customer decision-making on key improvement initiatives, helping to cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships. This position requires strong skills in project management, technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and business acumen. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential due to the nature of the customer base.
