Job Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company standards
Must be able to work 40 hours per week including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Capability to carry tools and marketing materials up to 50 lbs
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record per company standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with vehicle maintenance or fleet operations is a plus
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs
Familiarity with city geography and transportation options

Job Duties

Ensure Zipcar vehicles are clean, maintained and ‘member-ready’
Transport vehicles to needed locations across the city using foot, bike, public transit or Zipcar
Change tires, fill gas tanks, and clean vehicles inside and out
Coordinate tows or repairs as necessary
Provide timely vehicle status updates to the operations team
Manage multiple priorities and tasks with strong time management
Work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
