Tailwind is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join its team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service. The Associate will work closely with a collaborative team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests. Core responsibilities include managing cash and card transactions accurately, processing orders efficiently, and addressing customer inquiries with friendliness and professionalism. The role also involves crafting and serving a diverse range of coffee and specialty beverages tailored to customer preferences, operating coffee equipment, and adhering to cleanliness and organization standards at the coffee station. Additionally, the Associate will prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes, manage inventory restocking and replenishment, and contribute to creating the best possible customer experience through teamwork.
