Job Duties

- oversee sales promotions and training in service procedures
- organize the front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- ensure quality and safety of kitchen food
- control food cost and manage kitchen staff training
- recruit and train qualified crew
- schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
