Job Description
Assistant Waiter position at a restaurant within the hospitality industry, reporting directly to the Assistant Restaurant Manager. The role involves assisting with food and beverage service, rotating between Buffet and Room Service, and ensuring exceptional guest service in accordance with company standards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, minimum of two years experience as a front waiter with fine dining and banquet service experience, experience in selling and serving wine and other beverages, intermediate to advanced level English verbal and writing skills, courses/training in safety, environmental, and sanitation regulations, passionate about hospitality, professional appearance, good hygiene, ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexible with schedules, able to work 7 days a week, positive attitude, ability to work in a team environment, physical ability to perform shipboard duties per USCG guidelines
