Job Description

Assistant Waiter position at a restaurant, reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities include assisting a waiter with food and beverage service, rotating between the Buffet and Room Service, ensuring courteous and efficient guest service. Additional duties may be assigned as needed for exceeding guest expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience as a front waiter with fine dining and banquet service experience
  • Minimum of two years experience selling and serving wine and other beverage products
  • Intermediate to Advanced level English verbal and writing skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Courses and or training in safety, environmental, public health and sanitation regulations and procedures required
  • Passionate about hospitality and customer service driven
