Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or related customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze payroll and revenue data accurately
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift moderate weights
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work communication
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory and related customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Management or leadership training certifications preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service maintaining professional and courteous demeanor
  • Strong communication skills with ability to foster a welcoming environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for payroll and revenue data
  • Ability to work collaboratively indoors and outdoors with clients and teams
  • Capability to lift moderate weights and maintain situational awareness

Job Duties

  • Provide hands-on guest service training to all associates ensuring team members meet or exceed guest service standards
  • Monitor daily interactions to uphold premium customer experience
  • Supervise and coordinate all valet operations ensuring safe and efficient vehicle parking and retrieval
  • Lead interviewing hiring onboarding training and performance management of associates
  • Ensure associates maintain a professional appearance and deliver high-quality guest experience
  • Maintain communication with associates and client contacts resolving operational issues
  • Conduct weekly audits of associate timecards and submit accurate payroll reports
  • Assist with account revenue management ensuring adherence to revenue SOPs
  • Identify and develop high-potential associates fostering a positive team culture
  • Serve as key contact for urgent operational issues available for on-call problem-solving
  • Oversee execution of company initiatives ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic goals
  • Actively involve staff in planning decision-making and process improvement
  • Attend staff meetings and complete assigned training modules
  • Work flexible hours including during financial close periods and travel if required
