Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year previous supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends or holidays
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical activities
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related communication
- Willingness to travel occasionally for audits and corporate meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or related customer service experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality or parking management is advantageous
- Management, leadership, or business training or certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and professional communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage payroll and revenue data effectively
- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
- Proficient in applying safety standards and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Provide hands-on guest service training to all associates
- Monitor daily guest interactions to uphold service standards
- Supervise and coordinate valet operations ensuring safety and efficiency
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of associates
- Maintain professional appearance and service standards among staff
- Communicate clearly with clients and associates addressing issues proactively
- Conduct weekly payroll audits and submit accurate reports
- Assist with revenue management and adherence to financial SOPs
- Develop high-potential associates through training and leadership development
- Serve as an on-call contact for urgent operational issues
- Oversee execution of company initiatives and compliance
- Involve team in planning and decision-making to improve processes
- Attend staff meetings and complete training modules timely
- Work flexible hours and travel as needed for financial reviews or meetings
