As an Assistant Manager at KFC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the restaurant’s success by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and ensuring that brand standards are consistently met. This leadership position requires you to inspire and motivate your team, delivering unforgettable customer experiences through training, coaching, and recognizing individual and team efforts. You will be entrusted with overseeing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager, making critical decisions that uphold quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role demands a balance of leadership and hands-on operational skills, requiring 50 hours of work per week with competitive pay – 40 hours at the regular rate and 10 hours at time and a half.
