The Assistant Manager role at KFC is a pivotal position designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to the restaurant’s operational success while supporting the Restaurant General Manager. In this role, the Assistant Manager will actively participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding team members, promoting a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout the workforce.
