Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible shifts between 4:45 AM and 11:30 PM, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Light to moderate lifting may be required
Employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry preferred
Strong communication skills
