Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including variable hours beyond 40 hours per week
  • must be able to comply with Starbucks attendance and conduct policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead the store team to create meaningful customer connections and ensure excellent service
  • support the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales goals
  • motivate and develop partners through coaching, training, and feedback
  • manage inventory and maintain store appearance to uphold Starbucks standards
  • ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
  • contribute to a positive work environment that promotes growth and teamwork
