Job Requirements

  • legal documentation proving eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including 40+ hours per week with variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • at least 2 years retail or customer service management experience or military service
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle cash transactions
  • capability to manage team operations
  • commitment to uphold company standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience

Job Duties

  • lead and coach store team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance
  • ensure store meets quality and operational standards
  • support sales growth initiatives and community engagement
  • maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • resolve customer concerns effectively
  • assist in scheduling and labor management
