Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- at least 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years military service
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- maintain store standards for cleanliness, product quality, and safety
- manage inventory and control costs effectively
- drive sales and customer engagement initiatives
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- collaborate with store manager to implement company policies and procedures
