Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an assistant or store manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship
- Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
- Strong follow-through skills to implement tasks and initiatives successfully
Job Duties
- Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing expenses
- Oversee key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving
- Focus on minimizing shrink and damages
- Attract, recruit, and train associate team members
- Serve as a mentor and role model fostering a supportive environment
- Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes
- Implement sales, expense, and customer service strategies and coordinate loss prevention and operational programs
