Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of store operations and loss prevention
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an assistant or store manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship
  • Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
  • Strong follow-through skills to implement tasks and initiatives successfully

Job Duties

  • Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing expenses
  • Oversee key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving
  • Focus on minimizing shrink and damages
  • Attract, recruit, and train associate team members
  • Serve as a mentor and role model fostering a supportive environment
  • Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes
  • Implement sales, expense, and customer service strategies and coordinate loss prevention and operational programs
