Job Description

Extra Space Storage, the largest self-storage company in the United States by store count, operates over 4,000 stores nationwide. This company is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of self-storage locations under the District Manager and Store Manager. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, ensuring operational excellence, building customer relationships, and overseeing sales processes and customer accounts.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
  • sales experience preferred
  • current valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in New York City and Brooklyn)
