Job Description

TitleMax® is one of the nation's largest title lending companies with over 800 locations across 13 states, offering title loans, pawns, and personal loans in select states. They are committed to providing a white-glove experience for customers and developing leadership skills in their Assistant Store Managers.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • at least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
  • minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work with various systems
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • background check required
  • ability to meet physical demands of the position
