This role is for an Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) at the Stripes brand location in Laredo, Texas. This position is full-time and offers competitive pay along with valuable management and leadership experience. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be a vital part of the retail management team, supporting the Store Leader by overseeing customer service operations and assisting with staff training and coaching. The focus of this role is on maintaining high standards of operation including merchandising, marketing programs, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
