Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years retail leadership experience
  • Strong sales and merchandising skills
  • Proven team management and leadership abilities
  • Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and handle merchandise frequently
  • Capability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to perform occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Commitment to uphold company core values and guest service standards
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

  • At least three years of experience in a retail leadership role
  • Strong background in sales, merchandising, and team management

Job Duties

  • Inspire and lead by upholding Event Network's core values, fostering a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
  • Collaborate with the Store Director to recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team
  • Manage daily operations focusing on guest service, visual merchandising, team management, and sales
  • Create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service and maintaining an exciting store environment
  • Master merchandising by following presentation plans and staying ahead of trends
  • Set high standards for performance and hold team accountable to exceed guest expectations
