Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years retail leadership experience
- Strong sales and merchandising skills
- Proven team management and leadership abilities
- Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle merchandise frequently
- Capability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to perform occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Commitment to uphold company core values and guest service standards
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

- At least three years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Strong background in sales, merchandising, and team management

Job Duties
- Inspire and lead by upholding Event Network's core values, fostering a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
- Collaborate with the Store Director to recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team
- Manage daily operations focusing on guest service, visual merchandising, team management, and sales
- Create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service and maintaining an exciting store environment
- Master merchandising by following presentation plans and staying ahead of trends
- Set high standards for performance and hold team accountable to exceed guest expectations
