The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills by providing direction, training, and motivation to customer service representatives and other station personnel. Additionally, the position involves handling various administrative tasks such as sales tracking, compliance reporting, and invoice processing.
Physical responsibilities include frequent walking and standing on diverse surfaces, occasional lifting up to 35 pounds, and working with high-temperature equipment under appropriate safety conditions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve challenging situations professionally, and a high level of interpersonal engagement with coworkers, customers, and vendors.

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum 21 years of age
- previous experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment
- demonstrated cash handling and customer service experience
- proficiency in operating cash registers and related equipment
- knowledge of food sanitation and safety requirements
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work independently or in team settings
- capable of handling challenging situations professionally
Job Duties
- Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations
