The role of Assistant Sous Chef at Park Hyatt Aviara’s celebrated dining establishments, Ponto Lago and Pacific Point Lounge, offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the high culinary standards of this luxury resort. The Assistant Sous Chef is responsible for producing consistent, quality food products that meet and exceed the expectations of discerning guests in a timely manner. The individual will assist in departmental training and is capable of managing departmental responsibilities during the absence of the Sous Chef.
