Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years culinary or food and beverage experience or 2-year degree with 3 years' experience
- Ability to lead and manage a culinary team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing kitchen operations and budgets
- Capability to work flexible hours including high demand periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide stellar guest service

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- 5 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area or 3 years experience with a 2-year degree
- Proven culinary skills and knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in menu development and food presentation
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Skilled in employee coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisal
