Job Requirements
- Two years prior high-volume restaurant assistant manager or supervisory experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in written form
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
- Knowledge of restaurant menu through mandatory testing
- Previous experience managing staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to maintain service standards under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Two years prior assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred
- Two years prior high-volume restaurant assistant manager or supervisory experience required
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
- Must possess basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
- Mandatory testing on restaurant menu knowledge
Job Duties
- Constantly monitor service levels on the dining room floor and adjust staffing as needed
- Maintain Food Line Check to constantly ensure ticket times meet property established standards
- Complete paperwork, daily reports and all other necessary financial analysis for the restaurant
- Ensure guest satisfaction by approaching every table and making sure the guest dining expectations have been achieved
- Order products and supplies for the Snack Bars
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and regular staff training meetings
- Manage and lead staff including hiring, scheduling, employee counseling and commendations
