Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment
- Strong foundational knowledge of food ingredients allergens and dining room protocols
- Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-touch environment
- Available nights weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive motions constantly
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

Job Duties
- Support Captains in delivering world-class service maintaining attentiveness awareness and discretion at all times
- Execute water and beverage service tableside presentations clearing and resetting and other service touchpoints with grace and efficiency
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu ingredients preparation methods and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and stations
- Communicate effectively with team members and remain in sync with the pacing and needs of each table
- Anticipate guest needs with sensitivity and professionalism
- Participate in daily lineups training sessions and menu briefings to stay informed and engaged
