Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment
  • Strong foundational knowledge of food ingredients allergens and dining room protocols
  • Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-touch environment
  • Available nights weekends and holidays
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive motions constantly
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

Job Duties

  • Support Captains in delivering world-class service maintaining attentiveness awareness and discretion at all times
  • Execute water and beverage service tableside presentations clearing and resetting and other service touchpoints with grace and efficiency
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu ingredients preparation methods and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and stations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and remain in sync with the pacing and needs of each table
  • Anticipate guest needs with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Participate in daily lineups training sessions and menu briefings to stay informed and engaged
