Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in hospitality or food service
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- compliant with pre-employment substance abuse testing

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests courteously
- take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
- assist in setting up and breaking down dining and banquet areas
- ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
- provide information about menu items and daily specials
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- support team members in delivering seamless service
