Job Requirements
- minimum of 2-5 years experience in sanitation operations
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- must read, write and understand native language
- knowledge of machinery related to sanitation operations
- listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills
- ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics
- ability to work well under time constraints
- friendly and positive customer service demeanor
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking or standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- schedule employees for daily operations
- train sanitation staff
- organize and assign tasks within the department
- ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
- enforce governmental safety and environmental standards
- interview and hire personnel
- ensure AIB standards are consistently met
- provide supervisory coverage during supervisor or facility manager absences
- serve as liaison between Flowers Bakery and Aramark teams
- lead monthly team and safety meetings
- perform additional duties as assigned by Facility Manager
