The role offered is that of a Sanitation Department Supervisor, a pivotal position responsible for orchestrating the daily operations within the sanitation department to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, reflecting Aramark's commitment to attracting top talent. The supervisor plays an essential leadership role, overseeing scheduling, training, organizing, and assigning tasks to employees to ensure smooth departmental workflows. A critical aspect of the job entails ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory safety and environmental standards mandated by governing bodies. The supervisor is also tasked with interviewing and hiring personnel, thereby shaping the department's workforce to meet operational demands.

The successful candidate will be proficient in systems such as Fast Financials, SMART and SMILE ordering, Lotus CC Mail, and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, WordPerfect, Windows, and UPTIME systems. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to foster team cohesion and operational efficiency. This role also requires ensuring that AIB (American Institute of Baking) standards are consistently met throughout the facility, and the supervisor must be prepared to provide coverage during the absence of senior supervisors or facility managers. Acting as a bridge between Flowers Bakery and Aramark teams, the supervisor promotes effective collaboration and alignment across operations. Leadership responsibilities further extend to conducting monthly team and safety meetings, reinforcing a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Additional duties are assigned by the Facility Manager as needed. This position operates during the night shift from 10pm to 6:30am, demanding adaptability and dedication.
