Job Requirements

  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Ability to stand and maintain mobility for up to ten hours
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds safely
  • Effective reading and writing skills for communication
  • Dexterity in using tools and equipment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications are a plus

Job Duties

  • Deliver timely and friendly service in line with company standards
  • Foster a positive culture adhering to the Flynn Applebee's Premier Card values
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly
  • Engage with guests through regular visits to tables
  • Manage inventory levels effectively
  • Conduct line checks to ensure food preparation and presentation meet standards
  • Create staff schedules aligned with sales demands
  • Uphold safety and security protocols in the restaurant
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Report necessary repairs to management
  • Assist in recruiting and referring potential candidates
  • Contribute to employee training and development
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and cost control
  • Oversee food and liquor inventories
  • Prepare accurate daily reports
  • Ensure health and sanitation standards consistently exceed expectations
  • Serve as a role model for staff and managers
  • Work in various capacities throughout the restaurant as needed
