Taste of Belgium is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with a focus on Front of House (FOH) and Bar Leadership. This role is ideal for hospitality leaders and craft beer enthusiasts who are passionate about running great shifts, developing strong teams, and building lasting relationships with guests. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in supporting the bar program and overseeing the dining room operations while working closely with the General Manager and owner who are deeply involved in the business. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- demonstrated ability to lead front of house teams
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
