Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comprehensive knowledge of wine, liquor, and beer
- Proven excellent guest service skills
- Previous server or bartender experience
- Experience with unionized environments is preferred
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Assist in managing operations including guest service standards and initiatives
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counselling, and recognition
- Assess product quality and service satisfaction trends and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage services
- Recruit, interview, and train team members
- Act as manager in the manager's absence
