Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine, liquor, and beer
  • Proven excellent guest service skills
  • Previous server or bartender experience
  • Experience with unionized environments is preferred
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine, liquor, and beer
  • Proven track record of excellent guest service
  • Previous experience as server or bartender in a high-volume restaurant
  • Experience managing within a unionized environment is a plus
  • Hotel experience is a plus
  • Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing operations including guest service standards and initiatives
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counselling, and recognition
  • Assess product quality and service satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage services
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members
  • Act as manager in the manager's absence
