Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist in management of operations including guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, systems management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy enforcement, meeting participation and facilitation
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, counselling, evaluations, recognition and rewards
- Assist in monitoring and assessing product quality, service, and guest satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and make improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in marketing and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage services and maximize revenue
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
- Act in the absence of the manager as needed
