- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations
- Hire, train, manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service

- Monitor productivity and control operational costs
- Foster a positive and professional work environment
- Ensure all food handling and safety requirements are met
- Assist in performance management and employee development
