Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent related experience required

- ServSafe Food and Allergen Certification
- CPR certification
- TIPS certification
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to perform arithmetic functions
- willingness to work varying shifts including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
- ability to travel to other company locations as needed

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner
- ask questions of guests and make personal connections to make them feel welcome and valued
- anticipate and meet the needs and expectations of guests, then go one step further
- responsible for all restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager
- carefully supervise Front of House and Kitchen Managers to assure proper service
- interview, hire, train, supervise, coach, evaluate, and maintain service levels of FOH and Kitchen Managers
- lead, manage, and hold team members accountable to employment and job performance standards
- discipline team members as needed according to company policies
- ensure the correct appearance, cleanliness, and safety of dining room areas, equipment, and fixtures
- check the maintenance of all equipment and report deficiencies
- responsible for all functions of the bar including purchasing, inventory, inventory cost control, vendor relations, and training of bar staff
- maintain an inventory of restaurant items ensuring proper storage and accountability
- monitor dining room labor and supply budgets and make adjustments to meet financial goals
- maintain a presence on the floor to drive staff engagement and create the ultimate guest experience
- conduct table touches to 100% of tables serviced
- assist in guest service as needed
- generate, carry out, and follow through on service recovery efforts
- ensure dining room areas are secure at the end of the business day
- follow company processes
- exhibit regular attendance
- perform other duties as requested
