Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in bar or beverage operations
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and high-volume bar operations
  • Experience with new openings or training teams
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe Alcohol or equivalent certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in bar or beverage operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role

Job Duties

  • Assist with pre-opening setup including bar design input, equipment organization, and inventory build
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of bar staff
  • Help develop beverage menus, standards, and service procedures
  • Participate in vendor selection and product sourcing
  • Ensure readiness for opening through organization, cleanliness, and team preparedness
  • Support daily restaurant and beverage operations across all service areas
  • Ensure consistent execution of beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • Train, coach, and develop bartenders and service staff
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol, health, and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar
  • Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to drive revenue
