Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in bar or beverage operations
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and high-volume bar operations
- Experience with new openings or training teams
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe Alcohol or equivalent certification preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with pre-opening setup including bar design input, equipment organization, and inventory build
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of bar staff
- Help develop beverage menus, standards, and service procedures
- Participate in vendor selection and product sourcing
- Ensure readiness for opening through organization, cleanliness, and team preparedness
- Support daily restaurant and beverage operations across all service areas
- Ensure consistent execution of beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Train, coach, and develop bartenders and service staff
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol, health, and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to drive revenue
