Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years restaurant management experience in high-volume or full-service dining
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • understanding of food safety regulations and compliance
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
  • 1+ year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
  • experience leading teams managing labor and controlling costs
  • knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations including opening peak service and closing
  • coach develop and schedule team members to deliver consistent guest satisfaction
  • maintain strong food quality presentation and cleanliness standards
  • ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
  • manage inventory ordering and cost controls
  • oversee cash handling and ensure accurate reporting
  • resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • support a positive team culture focused on accountability and performance
