Job Requirements

  • Two years experience in high volume restaurant environment
  • prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles preferred
  • ability to stand for entire 8-hour shifts
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • comfort with bending, reaching, and moving quickly
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • minimum age of 21
  • possess or willingness to obtain Food Handler's card within 7 days of hire
  • possess or willingness to obtain Alcohol Server Training Permit within 7 days of hire

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as assistant restaurant manager, general manager, supervisor, shift lead, crew lead, or team lead
  • minimum two years experience in a high volume restaurant environment
  • high-energy and proactive approach
  • ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • good understanding of front of house and back of house operations
  • passion for food
  • capacity to provide effective training and team leadership
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • possess or willing to obtain Food Handler's card within 7 days of hire
  • possess or willing to obtain Alcohol Server Training Permit within 7 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and uphold company core values
  • be on-call for team member call-outs and provide appropriate coverage
  • manage FOH and BOH operations focusing on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth
  • ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies during shifts
  • anticipate and resolve problems with appropriate corrective action
  • provide timely feedback to team members on performance and ensure alignment with company standards
  • deliver training using established systems and ensure compliance
  • foster a positive work environment through communication, relationship building, and teamwork
  • reinforce customer service mindset across the team
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints
  • coordinate with shift leaders to resolve issues when Restaurant Manager is unavailable
  • monitor food quality and customer service for consistency
  • perform all FOH and BOH roles as needed to support the team
  • maintain clean and organized FOH
  • perform inventory tasks as assigned
  • other duties as necessary
