As a Restaurant Team Leader at Wegmans, you will be at the forefront of providing outstanding guest service and maintaining an exciting dining atmosphere. This role involves leading by example, inspiring service staff, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that encourages repeat visits. The Restaurant Team Leader is responsible for managing employee performance and development by offering continuous training, constructive feedback, and learning opportunities. This is an immediate hiring opportunity offering a bonus of up to $1,500. The role requires a strong leader who can foster a positive work environment while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry and previous experience leading a team. Preferred qualifications include having worked in various roles within the hospitality sector, such as bartender, server, food runner, or cook.
