Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform various tasks requiring physical agility
- Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines according to CDC and local health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required, 2 years in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Culinary schooling is a plus
Job Duties
- Support daily restaurant operations and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure success
- Recruit, interview, and train staff
- Manage employee performance and address any issues
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and ensure guest satisfaction
- Foster a warm, friendly atmosphere that encourages teamwork
- Assist in driving sales through marketing initiatives and optimizing guest experiences
- Meet and greet guests, resolving any food quality or service concerns to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and profitability
- Enforce safety protocols and hygiene standards in compliance with health codes
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Manage cash control and security procedures while reviewing financial reports
- Control food and labor costs through effective scheduling and inventory management
- Perform other related duties as assigned
