This full-time, hourly position offers a competitive salary of $70,600 per year, with additional opportunities to earn quarterly bonuses and a year-end super bonus. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all front-of-house and kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
  • proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
  • ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
  • proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
  • high school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications

  • quick-service restaurant management experience desired
  • culinary background desired
  • full-service dining with bar management desired
