Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years experience as a shift manager or assistant restaurant manager
- prior experience in quick service restaurant environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- basic math and financial skills to interpret p&l statements
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
