Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years experience as a shift manager or assistant restaurant manager
- prior experience in quick service restaurant environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- basic math and financial skills to interpret p&l statements
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- ensure guests are taken care of quickly, efficiently and in a manner that will make them want to return
- adhere to all PDQ policies and procedures
- provide direction and training to team members
- manage front and heart of the house operations
- focus relentlessly on quality and standards
- handle all product ordering and receiving
- schedule and run efficient shifts
- read, interpret and impact profit and loss statements
- cultivate a safe, secure and harassment-free environment
- coach and recognize team member performance
