Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and strong menu knowledge
- Creative and adaptable in performing a variety of tasks
- Minimum 21 years of age with at least 2 years of quick or full service restaurant experience
- Passion for the business and compassion for people
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members

- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Typically works under general supervision and reports to a General Manager
