- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- strong interpersonal skills
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- effective problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- 2+ years in restaurants in a management or supervisory capacity
- 1 year of bar management experience preferred
- proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- effective organizational skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage all food and customer service activities
- lead and develop team
- maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
- maintain food standards and monitor inventory levels
- handle management of staff, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll
- assist in monitoring sales performance through sales reports
- address routine issues and escalate complex problems
