The role of Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese is a dynamic and rewarding management position designed for individuals ready to advance their careers in the family entertainment industry. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for building sales and maximizing profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet and exceed company goals. You will coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-run environment. Key financial responsibilities include understanding cost control, inventory management, labor standards, and analyzing sales data.

The position requires taking ownership of a designated Area of Impact (AOI) which rotates among key operational sectors such as the Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom. This means managing everything from food preparation and safety to party planning and technical maintenance of gaming equipment. You will be expected to lead the execution and planning of birthday parties, optimize showroom seating, and ensure game and restaurant equipment operates with minimal downtime.

Skill sets sought for this role include strong coaching and development abilities, effective communication, composure under pressure, resourcefulness, high ethical standards, and excellent time and priority management. The role demands physical capabilities like lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving for extended periods, and working in an environment with varying temperatures and ambient conditions such as loud noise and flickering lights.
